Hear the immigration stories of Cubans told through newspapers printed by the Cuban communities. Denis Rey, Ph.D., and James Lopez, Ph.D., directors for the Center for José Martí Studies Affiliate at the University of Tampa, share how these communities developed in Tampa, Key West, and New York during the latter half of the 19th century.
Living History Saturday is free with museum admission.
