Tales from the Cowhunter Florida’s Cattle Ranching History. From Spanish Florida to modern day, learn about the 500-year history of how Spaniards, Seminoles and other famous Florida ranchers contributed to the proud heritage of American cattle ranching today. Presented by historic interpreter, Jim McAllister, in his 1870’s portrayal of a Florida cowhunter. Ranching items will also be on display.

Living History Saturday is free with museum admission.
