Join us at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 28, as we dive into the work of legendary Black musicians that lifted spirits and defined Central Avenue’s cultural legacy. This program’s guest panelists include Kitty Daniels and Andre Walker, and the evening will feature the music of Belinda Womack. This is the second program of a new initiative by the Tampa Bay History Center in partnership with the Tampa Housing Authority to provide educational experiences in the historic St. James Episcopal Church, located at 1202 North Governor Street, Tampa, Fla.
