Florida Conversations: Stories of Florida’s Fishing Culture

Discover Florida’s fishing heritage at the Tampa Bay History Center’s 2025 Florida Conversations: Stories of Florida’s Fishing Culture.
Join us on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at noon in TECO Hall or online. Hear from panelists with Florida Fish and Wildlife and Florida Folklore.
Listen to stories and insights from those who know the waters best as they explore how fishing has shaped communities, inspired folklore, and defined life across the state.
Florida Conversations is free and accessible in person and streamed live on Zoom. We thank our sponsors: the USF Foundation, USF Libraries, AARP Tampa Bay, and Shelley Blood.
