Living History Saturday: Environmentalism in the Bay
July 29 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm$16.95
Environmentalism is making waves across the Bay from Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. This dedicated group will highlight why it’s important to take care of our natural spaces, share more about the Florida birds you’ll find in the History Center’s Etched Feathers exhibit, and give us the inside scoop on the work they do in their avian hospital–the only facility rehabilitating birds in Pinellas County. Join Living History Saturday, included with museum admission, from noon–3 p.m. on July 29. Three 30-minute presentations will happen throughout the afternoon.
The history center is open daily from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
**Galleries are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas and open until 3 p.m. on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
