Stories and Flavors: Clarita’s Cocina
Join us for Clarita’s Cocina: Stories & Flavors with Melissa María Sink on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Centro Asturiano de Tampa. Through conversation and a live cooking demonstration, Melissa will honor the legacy of her grandmother, Clarita García, one of Tampa’s most beloved cooks. Discover how Clarita’s recipes and traditions continue to preserve the flavors and stories of our community’s Spanish heritage.

The history center is open daily from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
