Step into the heart of Tampa’s Black history on a guided 90-minute walking tour through the Encore neighborhood and historic Central Avenue, once known as “the scrub.” Explore stories of jazz clubs, community leaders, and everyday life from the 1890s to the 1960s as you stroll brick streets and Perry Harvey Sr. Park.
